Positive Thoughts

You need to keep positive thoughts flowing in your mind. When you're feeling down, regardless of whether it's due to an injury, it can be hard to keep your attitude bright. Take five or 10 minutes every day-a few minutes when you wake up, at midday if you need it, and before you go to bed at night. Remind yourself of the things you're doing to heal yourself and to help others, and remind yourself that it all takes time.
